or did the Alphonsas watch an old version of the Birds.     Friday, I came home from work for the only reason of feeding the chucks….. Since I knew they had just a few kernels left. So I open the coop door, give them a ton of layer feed and four chickens starting attacking me and wouldn’t let me leave. One kept on jumping up to get my right hand, broke the skin in three places, one was breaking the skin on the top of my leg, and two were pulling my pant legs. I actually had to push them away so I could get out of the coop. But they are so adorable.  They’re up to three eggs a day.
